Who we are
So many things start at home. But everyday people in our local area are scrolling online thinking, “I’ll never afford this.”
This is where B3Living comes in. We’re a social business and we help by renting/selling affordable homes to more than 12,000 local people. We also offer a set of services designed to help our customers live comfortably in their homes – we keep our buildings and estates maintained, we offer support when money becomes an issue or when people get older.
Housing has a big role to play in our local areas and on climate change, but our mission is to make a sustainable, positive change to the housing crisis for our customers and communities.
We're all different and we embrace that - it makes us who we are. For us, finding the right person for a job is about looking at the way they work. We’re learning to be more inclusive and protect our colleagues and customers from discrimination or harassment. We’d love your help to drive this forward.
Our goal is to be a diverse team that reflects the local community we’re a part of. We’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
We are a Disability Confident employer, which means that we offer an interview to a fair and proportionate number of disabled applicants that meet the minimum selection criteria for the job.
All our vacancies are open to flexible working arrangements, something we are really proud of. The extent to which flexible working is possible will vary between jobs according to the needs of the business and our customers. We believe in the benefits of a diverse workforce and strongly welcome applications from those currently under-represented in the organisation, including LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and asexual), and people under age 30.
Unless we know how things are going and understand our customers’ point of view, we can’t make the best decisions for our business. That’s why you could play a key role in helping us to improve and grow as we launch our new Better Futures strategy.
If you’d like a chat about this opportunity, feel free to contact us.
The closing date for this vacancy is Wednesday 30 April with interviews being held Wednesday 14 May. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early at our discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
