As Talent Marketing Officer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our employer brand and delivering creative marketing campaigns that showcase us as a fantastic place to work. From running impactful digital campaigns to crafting compelling content, you'll bring our employer brand to life and help attract top talent across our Commercial divisions, including Care, Supported Living, and Student accommodation. What You'll Be Doing Creating engaging talent marketing campaigns - Plan, coordinate, and deliver innovative recruitment marketing initiatives tailored to different business areas. Promoting our employer brand - Work closely with our Social Media Officers across social media to boost brand awareness and attract candidates. Producing high-quality marketing content - Develop compelling job adverts, blogs, and promotional materials aligned with our Key Messages and Tone of Voice. Using data to drive results - Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion), and use insights to optimise future activity. Collaborating with key stakeholders - Work closely with Talent Acquisition Leads, Digital, Social Media, and Design teams to create standout recruitment campaigns. Researching new talent marketing trends - Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance our employer brand. Supporting strategic projects - Contribute to key programmes that align with our values and long-term recruitment goals. What We're Looking For Experience in a similar role, ideally in recruitment marketing or a digital marketing environment. Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital recruitment trends. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Experience working with data analytics to track campaign performance. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Practical knowledge of proofreading, copy editing, and applying Plain English principles. Working knowledge of data protection, copyright laws, and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
