The Clinical Registered Manager role involves:
Leading and managing high-quality care and support services in compliance with CQC and Ofsted regulations.
Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
Providing leadership and support to the care team, fostering teamwork and professional development.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and preparing for inspections.
Overseeing quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Managing safeguarding policies and risk management strategies.
Supporting staff development and training.

The Clinical Registered Manager role comes with:
Annual salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

The ideal Clinical Registered Manager candidate will have:
A Registered Nurse qualification and a leadership/management qualification.
At least two years of management experience at Band 7 or above.
Experience working within health and care regulatory frameworks, specifically OFSTED and CQC.
A dynamic and supportive leadership style with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory legislation and experience in quality and patient safety.
A commitment to the vision and values of the organisation.
