Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Coordination IT Assistant to work for a small family-ran company in Aylesbury, Oxfordshire.
Role: Data and IT Administrator
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Aylesbury, Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities of the Coordination IT Assistant:
* Manage and create monthly reports on power point, ensuring deadlines align with scheduled client meetings.
* Compile and organise site-specific ring binders (logbooks) ahead of contract start dates.
* Regularly update records in the organisation's databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Perform regular audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the database.
* Help onboard new employees by setting up accounts, providing access to systems, and offering basic IT orientation.
* Provide first-line support for basic IT issues, such as password resets, Microsoft Authenticator, portable printer setups, and minor software troubleshooting.
* Assist employees in setting up and using company iPhone, portable printer, laptops and tablets.
