My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This role is key in providing robust administrative assistance to our project management teams and ensuring smooth daily operations across various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support for ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Manage soft filing systems, maintaining accurate records and documentation for easy retrieval.
Utilise computer-aided systems to streamline operations, inputting and tracking project data and milestones.
Perform portal invoice checking, ensuring that invoices are accurate, processed in a timely manner, and meet required guidelines.
Assist with general office tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and responding to internal and external inquiries.Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally with project support and invoice management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with project management or ERP systems.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
