About the Role As a Supervisor in Harrods for Polo Ralph Lauren in our Menswear Department, you will be the face of one of our most prestigious brands, providing a holistic shopping experience that is as unique as it is memorable. You will drive trade through building a loyal client base, arranging and hosting training sessions for the wider team, and delivering exceptional service standards. You will raise the profile of the brand and build extensive networks across the store to maximise sales and eventing opportunities. You will be the key point of contact with the brand representatives externally, compiling detailed weekly reports and building a trusted relationship. About You As an exceptional retail professional, you will not only specialise in your own brand but will also have an in-depth appreciation of the wider industry and Harrods itself. You are driven by passion for our customers and delivering best in class service. You do this by putting customers at the heart of everything you do, building long-lasting client relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge. You will deliver excellence through detail, with proven experience in ensuring impeccable Visual Merchandising standards as well as diligent stock management.
