The Business Analyst for Corporates Europe will play a pivotal role in supporting our European sales team by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and information to inform and enhance our go-to-market strategies. This role requires someone with 3-5 years of experience who is adept at project management, data literacy, and distilling complex requests into actionable insight - as well as someone who is curious and confident in working with multiple stakeholders to drive to outcomes.
About the Role
Subsegment Operations:
1. Execute on the go-to-market (GTM) strategies and goals for the assigned subsegment.
2. Develop and present recommendations to assist the team in measuring and tracking performance against key strategic initiatives.
3. Define and document requirements for strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team.
Performance Management and Reporting:
1. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing regular tracking of progress against KPIs. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
2. Focus on key areas such as tracking leading indicators, sales target performance, pipeline coverage, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction.
3. Identify risks and opportunities through data analytics, and escalate findings to leadership for strategic decision-making.
4. Produce detailed breakdowns by region, team, and product portfolio, focusing on sales and retention metrics.
5. Produce data and metrics for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other key updates.
6. Provide regular reports, updates, and insights on account management activities and outcomes to executive leadership, covering aspects like Forecast/pipeline, Product Mix, and achievement in the assigned region.
7. Provide business insights through knowledge management and collaboration across the business to identify risks and opportunities for customer acquisition and growth.
Process Definition:
1. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Gather input on current processes and ways of working to inform strategic projects, such as pricing initiatives.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Business Analyst if you have:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role within a go-to-market team.
3. Strong data and analytic skills, with proficiency in data analysis and sales tools (Excel, Salesforce).
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
7. Experience in sales strategy or operations is a plus.
8. Familiarity with the European market and business landscape is advantageous.
