Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of administrators, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure efficient and effective performance. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues. Manage more complex administrative tasks, providing hands-on support when necessary. Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and set team goals. Requirements : Previous experience in an administrative leadership or office management role is essential.
