We are looking for a Project Worker to join Threshold as part of our dedicated supported housing team and help us with our mission to end homelessness by supporting people towards independence.
About the role
Based within Threshold’s supported housing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of an effective, high-quality, person-centred support service to service users with a background of homelessness and a range of low to medium needs. These include entrenched drug and/or alcohol issues, mental health issues and a range of offending backgrounds.
This role will develop positive relationships with service users, supporting individuals to maintain and manage their home, access and engage with services, and create and follow a personalised support plan to regain their independence and fulfil their future goals.
