* Provide individualized support to children, addressing their unique needs and abilities.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and participate in regular review meetings.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

* A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent in childcare or early years education.
* Experience working with young children, preferably in an EYFS setting.
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
