Team Administrator
A local Bath based company is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to work with the Directors in their small team.
Free parking offered
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
This role has room for progression and career enhancement.
Typical duties include:
* Working closely with customers, answering queries and resolving problems
* Co-ordinating schedules on behalf of the CEO
* General administrative duties: filing and archiving, processing orders, and typing up correspondence
* Co-ordinating and documenting various meetings
* Involvement in any projects organised by the CEO
The ideal candidate should:
* Have a strong track record in Administration
* Provide effective communication skills both verbal and written
* Possess highly effective organisational skills
* Be able to deal with pressure and meet tight deadlines
