Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of the new dynamic Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals Programme Management Office (PMO). An enthusiastic Project Manager is required to work on specific projects within the work streams as part of the PMO Portfolio. The chosen candidate should be motivated and ambitious with a "Can Do" attitude. You should have a strong focus on delivery and be able to work under quick timescales in a fast paced environment. This post allows for home/remote working with a requirement to attend the office base a minimum of 2 days per week. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for the day to day development and monitoring to ensure the work stream is planned and managed in accordance with agreed timeframes. Project Management experience is essential to lead on the change initiatives to deliver the financial benefits for the organisation. The candidate will have experience with Project Management tools & techniques, and be able to apply them to complex improvement work. You will deliver strong service improvement and help in supporting benefit realisation. You will also effectively manage risk and issues across your work stream and have effective communication skills to empower and engage internal/external Stakeholders.
