Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the Technical Manager and other team members.
* Liaise with different departments, suppliers, and customers to facilitate communication.
* Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
* Keep technical staff updated on procedures and protocols.
* Manage information flows into and out of the technical department.
* Coordinate audit information and compile statistical data for reporting purposes.
* Prepare detailed technical reports as required by management.
* Represent the Technical department in meetings and discussions as necessary.
* Draft specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Coordinate customer audits to ensure compliance with standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Auditor should have:
* Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
* Experience as a quality auditor or in a similar role within the food industry.
* Strong technical acumen and the ability to manage complex projects.
* A strong understanding of quality procedures and systems used within the company.
* Excellent time management skills.
* A strong understanding of industry safety and quality standards.
