Due to exceptional business growth, A&T Enclosures, based in Dudley, have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our expanding team. This role offers flexible working, staff development, and generous package (£50,000.00 - 60,000.00 per annum) car allowance (£500.00 per month). A&T Enclosures is a small, local business, previously family run, who specialize in manufacturing electrical enclosures. Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with existing customers - Create self made leads within the industry - Develop and execute a Sales Strategy in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team - Negotiate terms, selling prices and deliverables with clients - Generate and present Sales KPI's to the business Directors - Attend trade shows, customer visits and networking events - Work with the management team to develop strong company culture of quality and people - Utilize and promote the current CRM system and develop ways in which to utilize the system to maximum capacity - Review the current sales process, inclusive of after sales care and develop - Implement a live pipeline inclusive of contact to closure rates - Analysis of open quotes and win rate - Gather and analyze customer feedback, implementing long term objectives The person: - The role requires a driven, enthusiastic and positive - Someone prepared to challenge negative culture within the business and suggest improvements to the management team - An inquisitive mind, wanting to learn all about the product and the business to confidently sell to customers - A flexible, resourceful and quick thinker looking to make the role their own Apply now or contact A&T direct for further information.
