Role: Within this role, you will collaborate with clients and account teams to plan, execute, and evaluate sponsorship activations across various channels and markets, maximizing the use of available rights. You will manage key relationships with suppliers, partners, market contacts, and clients, fostering strong connections and delivering added value. By deeply engaging with the brand and its culture, you’ll become a trusted expert and a go-to resource for the team and senior clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage partnership assets for multiple motorsport sponsorships, coordinating communication between global and local stakeholders and rights holders. Support strategic campaign planning, ideation, execution, and delivery. Serve as a key account leader, setting an example and mentoring junior team members as needed. Oversee client budgets with Project Leads and the Finance Manager, ensuring timely submission of monthly and quarterly forecasts. Ensure all communications and approvals meet deadlines, brand guidelines are followed, and client objectives remain central to all activations. Key Requirements: 2 years of experience in sports partnerships or marketing. Solid understanding of how sponsorship activation supports brand business objectives. Ideally, experience in motorsport or strong fan knowledge in the field. Experience with ticketing, hospitality, or guest programs is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally, including occasional weekend commitments. Due to the specific requirements of the role, we will only be able to respond to candidates with relevant experience
