Marketing Communications Coordinator Process Instrumentation Manchester EndressHauser are currently recruiting for a Marketing Communications Coordinator, as a key member of this busy team, your main focus will be to support the delivery of both internal and external marketing initiatives. Youll work closely with our product, application and industry specialists and your Marcoms colleagues to produce creative and engaging content to maximise both our company profile and brand image, on and offline. Further, you will play an active role in the planning of our digital marketing initiatives and the design and creation of supporting marketing collateral, using EndressHausers marketing automation software and platforms. Role and Responsibilities: Maintaining EndressHausers digital presence, with engaging multi-media content. Monitoring and continuously improving the status, content value and interaction levels of these digital channels. Considering the development of additional digital channels at an appropriate time. Organising and delivering a variety of live and online events and exhibitions. Preparing professional and creative customer and internal communication material. Campaign management using SalesForce.com. Representing Marcoms in strategic working groups, as required. Qualification Profile A marketing qualification (level 6 or above) is essential. Previous experience in a busy marketing environment is required. Ideally in a B2B environment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, writing for a variety of channels. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Experience of managing live events. Experience using email broadcast platforms and social channels. Campaign planning and management. Experience of content management systems. Analytics packages and reporting. Experience of working with Affinity, Photoshop, InDesign or similar. Experience of marketing automation software such as Eloqua. Knowledge of the customer journey, marketing funnel and lead management. Working knowledge of SEA.
