Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an admin assistant to join our support Home Enteral Feeding (HEF) Dietetic team based at Nether Edge outpatients. This team consists of five Dietitians, one Dietetic assistant practitioner and an Apprentice Dietitian. You will provide vital administrative support for the dietitians, dietetic assistant practitioners, apprentice dietitian and the dietetic management team, supporting a range of functions, including booking of home visits, dealing with telephone/email enquiries, producing and maintaining word and excel documents and databases, ordering stock of feeding tubes and producing activity reports. You will have support from a Specialist Dietitian within the HEF service and additional administration support from an office manager. We are seeking an individual who will be proactive in delivering the admin support to the clinical team and will embrace the technology available. This post requires you to be an experienced, highly motivated and organised administrator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is crucial that you are a good team player. You will possess excellent IT skills with the ability to work unsupervised to established deadlines.
