Technical Sales Administrator
Scantec are recruiting for a skilled Technical Sales Administrator to join our clients expanding team. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the business with day to day support of order processing, compiling sales estimates and working on broader projects that will involve new product development & data processing.
Supporting the Heads of Engineering and Sales with technical and administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing orders, compiling RFQs, and managing data entry.
Conduct cost/price studies on new products.
Assist in responding to customer queries and liaise with departments.
Maintain task updates for senior staff.
Participate in meetings as required.

Strong IT skills including MS Office and ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks.
Team player with good communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
Degree qualified.
GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science.
