Our client who are a very well-established residential sales and lettings estate agency with offices in Watford, Abbots Langley and Kings Langley, are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their office in Watford. They are market leaders in the industry and are looking for an ambitious candidate to train and help them progress in their career within Estate Agency. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent customer service skills, is sales and target driven and looking to work successfully within a team. You will need to be highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for their first role in the property industry where full training will be provided. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car. Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include: Basic £18,000 OTE £26,000 - £30,000 Onsite parking Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm with every third Saturday 9am - 5pm A day off in lieu the following week of working the Saturday Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service The skills required for this Trainee Sales Negotiator role will include: Previous property experience not essential High level of customer service skills The desire to work well in a team Good telephone manner Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated Target driven Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car This is a really great opportunity for you to secure your first role within Estate Agency, so get in contact for more information
