The Role: To support the Procurement team’s engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and keep up to date record of communication, onboarding progress, and ongoing compliancy Responsibilities: Working with Procurement team assisting the onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers Assisting Procurement team updating trackers and maintaining management information systems Keeping regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, by email and phone, to ensure progress and deadlines are met Raising NDAs and DocuSign’s for external contractors and suppliers Maintaining the accuracy of internal systems data Compiling and issuing weekly management information General administrative and support tasks to support the Procurement team Skills & Experience required: Confident, positive, and self-motivated Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Team Player, but ability to work under own initiative Excellent attention to detail, and ability to perform tasks accurately and to high standard Strong I.T. skills, including MS office and MS Excel Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload, whilst working to deadlines
