Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their dynamic team in Bury St Edmunds. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing:
1. Processing orders and managing associated documentation to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
2. Taking incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
3. Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
4. Collaborating with transport suppliers to coordinate and book shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries.
5. Conducting daily telesales calls to existing customers, building relationships and identifying potential business opportunities.
6. Liaising with sales representatives to address customer inquiries, process orders, and provide necessary support.
7. Preparing customer quotations and proactively following up to secure sales.
8. Efficiently processing customer complaints and finding appropriate resolutions.
9. Handling important documentation filing and managing postage requirements.
What you'll bring to the table:
10. Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
11. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
12. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
13. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
14. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
15. A positive and proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
