Due to expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support division based in Uxbridge.
You will be responsible for:
1. Finding and attracting new clients and candidates through phone calls, meetings, and marketing campaigns.
2. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for both parties.
3. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations.
4. Working towards and exceeding sales targets and performance indicators.
