We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers Drivers As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to adults and children. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence and well-being. Assisting with personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation. Implementing behaviour management strategies to address challenging behaviours. Building positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Mandatory – Full UK Driving License Experience: Previous experience working with children and adults Must have at least 6 months UK care experience and Right to work in the UK An up-to-date DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service – Should you need to apply for a new DBS we can support you with this. An up-to-date CV with all employment history To be able to commit to an assignment, to ensure structure and stability for our service users. Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy and understanding approach. Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
