Pay Rates:
* Day Shifts: £22 per hour
* Night Shifts & Saturdays: £28.29 per hour
* Sundays & Bank Holidays: £34.51 per hour
Shift Pattern: Combination of day and night shifts, Monday to Friday

Key Responsiblities of a Mental Health Nurse:
* Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, supporting their recovery journey.
* Assessment & Treatment Planning: Carry out comprehensive assessments, formulate care plans, and implement personalised interventions in line with clinical best practices.
* Team Collaboration: Work effectively alongside multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, psychologists, and therapists, to ensure well-rounded patient care.
* Therapeutic Support: Facilitate one-on-one sessions and group therapy interventions while monitoring patient progress.
* Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks, implementing necessary safeguards to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
* Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, adhering to NHS policies and data protection regulations.
* Supervision & Mentorship: Offer support and guidance to junior staff and students, fostering a positive learning environment.
* Medication Administration: Safely dispense prescribed medication, ensuring correct usage and monitoring for any side effects.
Requirements for band 5 RMNs
* A minimum of 18 months’ experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the UK
* PMVA (BILD accredited) training completed within the last three years
* Completion of CSTF mandatory and statutory training
* NMC registration as an RMN
* A valid DBS check
* Ability to reliably commute to work via car or public transport
