Job Title: Secondary SEN Tutor
Job Duties:
* Provide targeted support and tuition to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve academic progress
* Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure students' learning goals are met
Required Qualifications:
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of the UK education system
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in a one-on-one tutoring setting
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning
* Support throughout the entire process

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
