What You'll Do
* Coordinate and support a variety of learners across the College, facilitating infill/taster opportunities and ensuring their success.
* Work closely with the 14-16 team and Gateway, building relationships with external stakeholders and our delivery team.
Key Focus Areas
* Gateway (Foundation Programmes): Support learners in identifying areas/courses they wish to pursue.
* Bespoke Programmes: Assist learners with individualised timetables, guiding them towards a full study programme.
* 14-16 Provision: Support full-time and part-time alternative provision, technical skills days, and Elective Home Educated (EHE) provision.

* Proven organisational and interpersonal skills.
