The service is funded through the NHS Ten Year Plan to provide support while in hospital and pregnancy for those who are tobacco dependent. This is a temporary 12-month opportunity to work in a small team providing support around tobacco dependence. We are looking for candidates who have an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification, able to do a physically demanding role, can work as part of a team as well as individually, excellent communication skills and friendly manner, ability to work under pressure as well as the ability to deliver training, confidence in IT systems, knowledge around tobacco dependence and treatment.
