The Role – What you’ll be doing
The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service; it’s about building trusted relationships. You would act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations, keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, upselling potential work, and following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
You’ll do this by:
1. Being driven and motivated, yet disciplined.
2. Communicating well and being able to work as an individual and part of a team.
3. Exhibiting passion, energy, and commitment.
4. Having a keen eye for detail and being confident using technology.
Applicants must also hold a full UK driving licence.
