Reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment & Admissions (MBA Suite), you’ll be a key figure in driving excellence and diversity in student recruitment and admissions for the Global and Executive MBA programmes. As Head of Recruitment & Admissions, you will:
1. Develop and implement recruitment and admissions strategies for the Global and Executive MBA programmes.
2. Be directly responsible for achieving quality and quantity targets, ensuring the programmes meet their student number and diversity goals.
3. Lead a team of managers to ensure a seamless candidate journey from pre-application through to enrolment.
4. Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders and global partners to optimise pipelines and meet quality, diversity, and volume targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the Business School, the College, and external organisations.
6. Analyse trends and performance to enhance decision-making and ensure alignment with the Business School’s strategic goals.
7. Represent the Business School at domestic and international recruitment events, including occasional evening and weekend activities throughout the year.
8. Travel as needed to support recruitment, relationship-building and student engagement activities globally.

9. Proven experience in recruitment and/or admissions within higher education, ideally at MBA level.
10. A strong track record in team leadership, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
11. Exceptional communication, data analysis and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
12. Experience in international student markets, selection processes, and diversity-driven recruitment.
13. A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to manage change and motivate teams.
14. Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work flexibly around key recruitment events.
