Role Overview: As an HR Coordinator, you could become the backbone of our HR department, supporting various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Your organisational skills and attention to detail might be the key to ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining dedication to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programmes. Assist in organising training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and engagement. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, assisting in audits as necessary. Prepare reports and presentations for management on HR metrics and trends. What You Bring: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in an HR role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High level of organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
