SEN Teaching Assistant 🌟

Salary: £85-£100 per day
Hours: Full-Time 8:30am-3:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. This full-time position involves working closely with teachers to provide tailored support to SEN children, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for SEN children.
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Support class teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Encourage positive behaviour and independence in students.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
Be empathetic, patient, and committed to supporting the needs of SEN children.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) - desirable but not essential
