HR Business Partner
My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join their team and work closely with Business Directors within the Justice sector. This is a unique opportunity to implement business-specific people strategies and contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.
As an HRBP, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering tailored solutions across key HR areas, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives while driving organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Business Directors to understand the commercial and financial needs of the business, ensuring people strategies align with business goals and objectives.
* People Solutions: Design and implement HR solutions, offering expert advice on complex HR matters and providing counsel on escalated cases to ensure the best possible outcomes.
* People Planning: Use insights from business performance, labour costs, and employee data (such as sickness absence and employment relations) to inform people plans and drive action on cost-saving opportunities.
* Policy & Procedure Alignment: Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure people policies, initiatives, and procedures meet the evolving needs of the business while staying aligned with industry best practices.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key HR metrics, identify trends and risks, and develop action plans to address business challenges in partnership with the Business Directors.
* Training & Development: Lead efforts to support training and development through techniques such as TNA (Training Needs Analysis), psychometrics, and salary surveys, ensuring targeted support for leadership and talent development.
Key Criteria:
* Experience: Significant experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, complex environment, preferably in the Justice sector .
* HR Expertise: Broad knowledge across all HR areas, including reward, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, restructuring, and leadership development .
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to work with people data to drive decisions and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
