About the Role
* We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support the development of apprentices in the motorsport and engineering sectors.
* This role is ideal for an experienced trainer or an industry professional looking to transition into education.
* You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments, tracking apprentice progress, and ensuring they gain the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for their careers.
* You will also liaise with employers and tutors to support apprentices and help students secure valuable work placements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging training sessions and assessments for apprentices.
* Monitor and track apprentice progress, providing guidance and support.
* Work closely with employers and tutors to ensure learning objectives are met.
* Assist apprentices in securing and succeeding in work placements.
* Maintain compliance with training and assessment standards.
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification or higher in an engineering-related field.
* Industry experience in motorsport or a relevant engineering sector.
* Experience in training, coaching, or working with apprentices (preferred).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to complete TAQA (Training, Assessment & Quality Assurance) qualifications, if not already held.
