Maintenance Engineer
Location: Peterborough
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days
Salary: Up to £46,000

We are working with a market-leading manufacturing company based in Peterborough who are looking for additional engineers to join their growing site. As a business, they are looking to employ candidates who aspire to develop and progress themselves, whether that's skillset development or leadership progression - this will be supported internally.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Working on PPMs and breakdowns on manufacturing machinery on-site.
2. Working in a team of engineers reporting into the Engineering Manager or shift lead.
3. Working with PLCs on-site.
4. Reducing downtime and increasing efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5+ years in engineering in a manufacturing environment - ideally food.
2. A level 3 or higher in an engineering discipline.
3. A good attitude towards working in a team.
