Key responsibilities
1. Carry out Fire Risk Assessments
2. Prepare and present suitable and Fire Risk Assessment reports
3. Provide technical fire safety advice to clients.
4. Work with others, such as fire services, buildings and facilities managers, surveyors, fire engineers and landlords to develop, amend and implement fire safety plans.
5. Take part in and proactively react to feedback from validators on the suitability and sufficiency of your Fire Risk Assessment activities.
Person Specification
6. Full clean driving license
7. Willing to travel throughout the region with overnight stays
8. Level 3 certificate in fire risk assessment or a NEBOSH fire risk assessment certificate.
9. Hardworking with a willingness to learn.
