About the Role
The Role is a high-profile position within the Used Car Sales department at Stratstone, where you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
You will work closely with the General Sales Manager to plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure Key Performance Indicators and sales targets are met.
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing stock, leading management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes, and ensuring the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
Moreover, you will maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, in-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management, and the ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
You will also be able to guide, coach and motivate your team on a daily basis.
