This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Insights and Analytics team with a focus on a range of Confectionery brands (CDM, Twirl, Maynards Bassets) for UK & I.
As part of a small dedicated team, you will synthesize available knowledge and run an array of dedicated research activities to make compelling recommendations to the business on brand and category growth. You will work with our marketing and category planning teams on brand imagery, innovation, communication and many more areas.
To be successful in this role you need to be a seasoned Insight & Analytics professional who is passionate about driving consumer-centric business growth and has a strong leadership and influencing profile.

How you will contribute
You will:
* Manage the Growth agenda :
o Guide the development of brand strategies with the brand/category teams by putting consumers & shoppers at the heart of their plans and by keeping them up to date with market and social trends
o Drive consumer-centric approach to incremental Brand growth – ie:
+ Identify core growth opportunities, guide brand maintenance (product, packaging, assortment, pricing), communication development
+ Take part in developing incremental innovation and white spaces identification
o Develop, manage and deliver the resulting ad hoc research projects with actionable insights
o Leverage globally & locally implemented Demand Spaces and Eat States to maximise incrementality
o Communicate in a compelling way to drive action. Base recommendations on insights from multiple sources of data and knowledge.
o Ensure an exchange of knowledge with broader I&A and Marketing community
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:
* Consumer-centric, seasoned Insights and Analytics professional, with passion for driving the business
* Experience in Insight and in Business Areas (Marketing, Innovation, Trade, Sales)
* Experience working directly with Marketing teams and designing, executing, and analyzing primary & secondary data sources
* Demonstrated experience using design thinking/Agile methodologies principles to identify and surface innovative business opportunities
* Strong leadership and influencing profile
* Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others
What you need to know about this position:
This role is based in our Uxbridge office. We operate a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
