Our client, an award-winning telecoms company are seeking an experienced Telecom Billing Team Manager, you will lead the Telecom and Mobile Billing Operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You’ll manage a dynamic team of six, comprising three billing specialists and three administrative support staff. Your primary tool will be the aBillity billing platform. Key Responsibilities
1. Billing Operations Management:
* Oversee the end-to-end Telecom billing process using aBillity.
* Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation for all services.
* Maintain data in the billing system tailored to business needs.
* Monitor customer usage and alerting procedures.
* Manage CDR imports for all billing suppliers.
2. Team Leadership:
* Lead and mentor a team of 6 billing specialists.
* Provide training on billing processes and the aBillity platform.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
* Collaborate with Finance and Credit Control to streamline processes.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Analyse billing data to identify trends and discrepancies.
* Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
* Prepare monthly reports and enhance reporting methodologies.
* Produce dealer and staff commissions reports.
