The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable working with minimum supervision while completing work to an extremely high standard. Reporting to the Technical and Workshop Manager and working as part of the Aftersales Department.
The role will be responsible for the management and administration of the warranty claims for UK & Ireland Triumph dealers. Responsibilities include:
1. Management of Triumph’s warranty systems including the processing of warranty claims, service bulletins, and safety recalls.
2. Monitoring and providing feedback on technical and quality concerns.
3. Offering warranty, technical, and customer support to Triumph Dealers and direct to Triumph Customers.
