Microsoft 365 Consultant (SharePoint & Power Platform)
Overview We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Consultant to design and deliver modern workplace solutions leveraging SharePoint, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 services. This role suits a technically minded professional with a passion for automation, collaboration, and process improvement using Microsoft technologies.
The position offers flexibility, combining remote work with occasional client-site visits and team collaboration. It’s an opportunity to work on impactful projects while maintaining a balance between technical development and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.
* Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and usability.
* Translate business needs into functional technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders.
* Provide technical expertise during discovery, handover, and support phases.
* Document solutions, processes, and deployment steps clearly and effectively.
* Support internal development frameworks and contribute to reusable assets.
* Offer occasional troubleshooting and technical support for deployed solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Proven ability to develop low-code/no-code solutions with a solid understanding of governance and best practices.
* Familiarity with PowerFx, JSON, and ideally PowerShell scripting.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to work independently and in a team.
* Understanding of system integration, solution architecture, and information management principles.
* Previous experience engaging with clients or internal stakeholders to communicate technical concepts clearly.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Microsoft certifications (preferred but not required).
* Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance efficiency.
Nice to Have
* Experience in a consulting or agency environment.
* Exposure to Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, or Dataverse.
* Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
* Interest in mentoring or sharing knowledge with colleagues.
