The Opportunity At A-SAFE, we are investing heavily to create a new structure and resources, including the launch of the A-SAFE Professional Sales Academy (APSA) and the development of the A-SAFE Leadership Academy (ALA). These are aimed at elevating our sales training and leadership capabilities, ensuring we continue to lead and innovate in workplace safety solutions globally. As the Global Head of L&D, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, design, and delivery of learning programs, talent management, and individual/team development initiatives across the organization play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s Learning and Development strategy. With a global remit, this role will drive a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and high-performance within all functional areas, with a specific emphasis on Sales, Operations and Leadership. The Global Head of L&D will partner with global business leaders to develop and execute L&D strategies that foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee capabilities, and support organizational growth objectives. This individual will also oversee talent management, succession planning, Early Career Development, Professional Development, and Performance Management initiatives. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of designing and executing large-scale, global learning initiatives with measurable outcomes. Significant experience establishing and leading talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs across multiple functions (Operations, Sales, Leadership). Experience in a global, matrixed organization with an ability to influence and collaborate across regions and departments.
