Job Description
Every day, many businesses request a call back from our websites and our online directories regarding our products and services, such as online advertising and website enquiries, creating leads for you.
Outbound calls are from direct enquiries where people are expecting a call back from us. You will also be required to update internal CRM systems, ensuring records are up to date, and use different internet browsers to research sales.
Your responsibilities will include completing internal forms, sending out emails to both internal and external customers, and attending morning and monthly meetings with your team.
Inbound calls will come via hot key transfers, which you will handle and log on the internal systems.
Additional Information
* Possibility of a full-time position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
* An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Monday - Friday (exact hours to be confirmed).
