This is a wonderful opportunity for a GERMAN Sales Account Manager to join a fast-growth documentary and video Media Marketing Agency that specialises in producing mainly short films and videos (for corporate and TV companies) for their clients within sustainability and innovation. It’s a very creative and busy work environment the films and videos produces are best-in-class!. This role will be to grow the existing German client portfolio as well as develop new business.
TITLE: GERMAN SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (Video and Film)

Work style: This is an office based role
Hours : 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri
Salary : £45,000 p/a + OTE( expected earnings in year one will be £90k) + generous holiday ( 25 days + 8 bank holidays + additional closure over Christmas)

No other communication tool can get emotional responses from an audience as quickly and effectively as a documentary …pictures have far more impact than just words and this is the environment in which you will add value to your clients.
Essential requirements: German to native standard, Sales or Account management experience, and a media or events background. A passion for film would be helpful!
DUTIES
In this role, the BDM's will have already got new clients " through the door". your job is to embed the client, and grow revenues. So you will " sell " additional services such as extra filming days, new fresh content, or marketing services. You will manage between 20-30 clients.
* Relationship Management of a portfolio of clients based in the DACH Region
* Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to execute a unified vision for each project
* Courtesy call clients and introduce yourself. Take a deep dive into your clients organisations
* Create conversations that will help drive their business plans
* Help position the clients as “ thought leaders” using industry insights to guide projects that cement client brands
* Get to know the clients, understand their needs and the messages they want to communicate
* Liaise with the creative teams and film-makers to ensure that the message that the clients want to communicate are reflected in the final video or film
* Connect with different departments to make sure the finished product meets expectations
* Pitch ideas, ask for referrals from a satisfied client
* You will need to work to sales revenue generation targets
