Main duties of the job
1. Help Desk support for Estates Operations Team
2. Provide telephony, email and FM system communications
3. Provide face-to-face support to customers
4. Issuing of Trust Identification Badges
5. Apply departmental quality system to all aspects of the work.
6. Apply departmental safety policies and procedures system to all aspects of the work.
7. Observe and apply the Specialty and Trust Health & Safety and Security policies.
8. Any task requested by management that is reasonable for the position and pay band
