Job Summary:
We are seeking a fun, passionate and reliable Dance teacher to join our team in delivering high-quality dance classes to children aged 4 yrs upwards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Street Dance and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Duties:
1. Plan and conduct engaging dance classes in line with our curriculum
2. Instruct students on proper dance techniques, movements, and routines
3. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development
4. Choreograph dance routines for performances
5. Organise and supervise rehearsals to ensure readiness for showcases
6. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Dance teacher or similar role
2. Proficiency in specifically delivering Street/Hip Hop. Acro an advantage.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
5. Certification in dance education or relevant qualifications is desirable
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
7. Passion for dance and commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Pay: From £20.00 per hour
