Team PA - Private Equity Permanent £45,000 - £50,000 We are seeking an exceptional Team PA to provide administrative support to an MD and a busy team within Infrastructure. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Team Assistant looking to take the next step in their career, working closely with other Senior Assistants to learn and build on your experience. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements. You will assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other key documentation, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships. The successful Team PA will work with a solution orientated approach, positive attitude and enjoy working as a team. Hybrid working available with 1 day from home. What you’ll do: Provide administrative support to the MD and the Infrastructure team, ensuring efficient operations Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Organise and prioritise incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for team members Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents Liaise with key stakeholders, both internal and external Oversee office supplies and daily office operations What you’ll need: Proven experience as PA or Team Assistant Experience in financial services is highly desirable Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with meticulous attention to detail REF: AJL92238 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
