gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for an Injection Moulding Setter to work at their facility based near Blackburn
Performance Objectives
1. The key responsibilities of the role will be to adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene Regulations and Safe Working procedures to manufacture plastic containers to the following KPI's:
* Minimum 85% Machine Availability
* Minimum 100% Cycle Speed Efficiency
* Maximum 1.3% Scrap with Zero impounds or Customer Complaints
2. Ensure that all customer orders are processed through the operation of the production plan as speedily and efficiently as possible, operating on a right first-time basis.
