Day to day: Know your customers the markets they operate in – be identified as the customer expert that your colleagues go to for information with questions Direct responsibility of multiple market P&Ls which will help us to deliver our International Net Sales and profits targets by managing your budgets effectively, keeping customer P&Ls on track, managing trade spend, communicating performance accurately and ultimately achieving commercial targets Work with your markets Demand Planning to deliver great forecast accuracy. Support account manager for strategic markets. Alongside the broader international team, educate Ella’s Kitchen about the markets we sell in influence what we do, to maximise our market potential Play a pivotal role in the workstreams, identity morale of the Deals teams Represent the International team in key internal cross functional forums Manage your stakeholders well, keeping them up to speed with the right level of detail at the right time Provide wider support when needed across the deals team including supporting Makes Deals Around the World (ATW) 2.
