Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories accurately.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
5. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
1. Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
2. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical environment is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and anatomy.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others achieve optimal health outcomes.
