We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, and perform a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service—respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant—keep shelves stocked, and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services—share experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
5. Support your local community—participate in activities and events.
